Who is responsible
JobMom at jobmom.org is operated by Kodfabrika LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States. Kodfabrika LLC is responsible for the personal information processed to provide JobMom. Contact us at hello@kodfabrika.com.
Information we process
Account information includes your name, email address, authentication identifiers, verification status and session information. Email sign-in credentials are handled by our authentication provider. If you choose Google sign-in when available, we receive the identity and profile information Google provides for that sign-in.
Your workspace contains the job titles, locations, work and communication preferences you enter, selected sources, saved listings, stages, application dates, notes and scan history. Information sent to support is also processed to answer your request. Avoid adding sensitive personal information to notes.
Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps and security or error records to deliver and protect the service.
How and why we use information
We use account and workspace information to provide the service you request: signing in, restoring your workspace, running searches, organizing jobs and handling support. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
We process limited technical records to prevent abuse, enforce access controls and investigate failures, relying on legitimate interests where that basis applies. Information needed to meet a legal obligation is processed on that basis. Optional processing that requires consent will be offered separately.
JobMom does not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising. The current application does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.
Providers and job sources
Vercel hosts the application. Neon provides the database and authentication, including verification and password reset email delivery. Authorized service providers process information needed for those functions. Google is involved if you choose Google sign-in.
A search sends the job-search parameters needed by each selected source, such as role, location and work preferences. We do not send your account password, email address or private application notes to job sources. Searches are made from our server infrastructure. Opening an original listing connects your browser to that external website, whose own privacy policy applies.
Authorized administrators may access account information to support users, manage accounts and protect the service. Personal workspace records are not published or shown to other ordinary users.
International processing
JobMom serves people worldwide. Providers may process information in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries where they operate. These countries may have different privacy laws. Where required by applicable law, international processing must be covered by appropriate safeguards, such as applicable data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained while you use your account so that you can return to your search. Settings let you export your workspace and delete its profile, jobs, notes and scan records. Clearing pending jobs removes only those jobs; it does not delete applications or your account.
Authentication identity records, provider logs and backups are handled separately from workspace deletion. Contact hello@kodfabrika.com to request deletion of remaining personal information or closure of the authentication identity. Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, legal obligations or resolving a dispute; backups follow the relevant provider's retention cycle.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, object to processing, request a restriction or withdraw consent for optional processing. You may complain to the competent privacy authority. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain available regardless of these terms.
Use your settings for preference changes and workspace export, or email hello@kodfabrika.com for other requests. We may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Preference matching uses job titles and work rules, not an AI hiring assessment. JobMom does not make hiring decisions or automatically submit applications; you decide whether to apply.
Security, children and updates
We use access controls, account isolation and secure connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and verification codes private.
JobMom is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and address it. Users must also meet the account eligibility requirements in the Terms of use.
Changes to our practices will be reflected in this policy and its updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
